The following services are included in Heidi’s:

• weekly 40 hours of child care from Monday to Friday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
• every child receives a welcome present upon arrival

• playroom for all age groups
• Teenie corner for chilling
• indoor pool with sun lawn
• daily Turkish steam bath, Finnish sauna, infrared cabin and relaxation room
• 1 house hike weekly
• free use of our city and mountain-bikes
• heating, water, electricity and bed linen
• 5 x per week change of towels
• 2 x per week intermediate cleaning of the entire apartment (except kitchen)

Please transfer a deposit of 300.00 Euro per week and apartment within 14 days after your reservation and state your name and the booking period on the transfer. (By bank transfer to our account at the 
Raiffeisenkasse Partschins account no. 03/01/00.902-8, branch Rabland, BIC: RZSBIT21125, IBAN:IT 43 T 08175 85691 000301009028. By cheque via registered mail to our address. By postal transfer to our address).

»Cancellation« does not only sound unpleasant, it is unpleasant for all parties involved. It is a pity if apartments stay empty, when other guests would have liked to come.
Following our cancellation fees: Up to 8 weeks before arrival we refund your deposit minus an administration fee of 25.00 €. From the 8th to the 4th week before arrival the deposit will not be refunded. From the 4th to the 1st week before arrival: 80% of the apartment price (without extras) will be charged, if we are unable to rent the apartment to other guests.

1 week before arrival: 100 % of the apartment price (without extras) will be charged, if we are unable to rent the apartment to other guests. In case of late arrival or early departure the entire period booked will be charged.

Please note that the apartment is available from 2 p.m. on the day of arrival. Please vacate the apartment by 10 a.m. on the day of departure.

The invoice can be cleared in cash (max. Euro 999,00), EC Card or credit card.
