»Cancellation« sounds bothersome, and it usually is, for all parties concerned. It is a pity if apartments stay unoccupied and others would have loved to come. Please be sympathetic to our need for cancellation fees: we will return your deposit minus a calculation fee of € 25.00 of up to 8 weeks before you start your holidays.

Between the 8th and the 4th week before you start your holidays, the entire deposit will be forfeited in our favour. - Between the 4th to the 1st week before you start your holidays: You will be charged 80 % of the apartment rate (without extras), provided that the apartment can not be relet. - 1 Week before you start your holidays: you will be charged 100 % of the apartment rate (without extras), provided the apartment can not be relet. On late arrival or early departure we will charge for the entire booked period of stay.

Please plan on your apartments being ready for occupancy from 2 p.m. on your arrival date. On your departure date, the apartments must be vacated by 10 a.m.

Bills can be paid in cash, by crossed cheque, by EC, or by credit card. For cash payments we guarantee a 2% discount on the price
